WHAT IS THE AMAZING RACE?

The event is modeled after the popular CBS show The Amazing Race. Racers compete in pairs, and details of the race are secret until the night before—but expect to maneuver through 20 fun challenge stations scattered along the 6-mile track.

At the end of the race, there is a finish line festival where awards are given for the fastest times in several categories–male/male, male/female, female/female and parent/child. But most participants race for the pure fun and unexpectedness of the challenges.
